We currently offer both in-clinic and virtual consultations (via Whereby or similar) for convenience. During your consultation, we’ll assess your donor area, identify areas of thinning or hair loss, and discuss the most suitable treatment options for you.
3) Treatment Options
After your consultation, we’ll provide a detailed breakdown of your recommended treatment plan, including:
- The technique (FUE or FUT) best suited to your needs
- The number of grafts required
- Pricing and finance options

4) Decision and Preparation
Once you’ve decided to proceed, our team will guide you through the preparation process. You’ll receive clear pre-operative instructions covering everything from medication to lifestyle adjustments, ensuring you’re fully ready for your treatment day.
5) Day of Your Treatment
On the day of your procedure, you’ll be welcomed by our friendly clinic team and meet your surgeon and technician team before surgery begins. Your doctor will go through the final plan and answer any last questions. Depending on the number of grafts, your surgery will typically last between 6 to 8 hours. All procedures are carried out by one of our GMC-registered surgeons, assisted by our experienced technicians, ensuring precision, safety, and comfort throughout.
6) Aftercare and follow ups
After your procedure, your doctor will go through your aftercare plan and provide a printed and emailed copy of your instructions. You’ll receive clear guidance on:
- How to care for your scalp
- When to wash your hair
- What to expect in the days and weeks following treatment
